  We paid Richard to do our new construction flooring about three months ago. The wood for our floor was inferior and just junk. It was full of knot holes it was put in by the worst installers! The nail holes weren’t even done right or filled properly. The wood was never butted up to the walls so we had to use excess flooring they left and install ourselves so that we could put in the baseboards. I have been in touch with Richard to let him know our disappointment but he has never come to the house to check it out or even offered any compensation or just an apology. I have had to repair many areas of this flooring.Today I was dry mopping the floor to get it ready for an open house and was getting splinters from it.......NICE!!!
